Refund policy

At Glow Skin Beauty Shop, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality Korean skincare products. For the health, safety, and protection of all our customers, we have the following return and exchange policy.

Returns: 

• Unopened and unsused products may be returned within 14 days of the purchase products or delivery date. 
• Products must be in their original, unopened packaging will all seals intact.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

Refunds: 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the refund item has been received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us or send us an e-mail within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Please include: 

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging. 

This allow us to review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation: 

• Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
• After that, order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

 

Order Acceptance:

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
